A new facility has opened adjacent to the famous Shibuya Scramble Crossing, allowing for interesting views of the busy intersection. The "Shibuya Crossing View" opened atop a commercial building "Magnet by Shibuya 109".
For a 500 yen admission fee, visitors will get to enter a viewing platform on the 8th floor overlooking the Shibuya Crossing and the surroundings.
Opening hours are between 10 am - 11 pm. First take the elevator to Floor 7; you will have to take the stairs to go up another floor. If you are a serious photographer, note that the view towards the intersection will be through a glass window so it is a little difficult to get a good shot without getting any unwanted reflections on the window - wearing dark colored clothes might make the task easier.
